      Great service, as always

      I wore out my toggle switch from endless fidgeting, so I contacted the help line and they sent me a new one along with a video on how to install it, free of charge. (They would have allowed me to send it in for service, but I thought I could handle it). Thanks for the great service!

      This toggle switch toggles.

      I'm not sure if you really appreciate what I just said. I mean, this thing *toggles*. Up, down. Up. Also down. I clicked until my thumb had arthritis.

      Seriously, first perfect, easy to put in, brass looks great on shiny titanium

      Great pen, awful switch

      After just a month, I've "burnt out" two of these switches. Love the pen, but not enough to keep spending $25 per month to use it.
