We pride ourselves on the quality of our manufacturing and will take care of every customer that has an issue. A good tool should be used daily and passed on to future generations to enjoy. Now, that doesn't mean that you can purposefully destroy one of our pens and demand a new one but, if something unexpected goes wrong, get in touch and we'll make it right.

The reviews you see on each product are from verified customers and we do not edit, alter, or filter them in any way. We encourage honest feedback and will never "pad our stats" or leverage digital tools with the intention to mislead potential customers. Positive word of mouth is our best chance at staying in business and we would never jeopardize that trust.

From programming the machines for prototyping to assembly and fulfillment we strive to keep everything under one roof and, when that's not possible, work with trusted local vendors who share the same craftsman-first attitude.
